Fowl Orbit, Brick Pulse and Cloud Hopper are free browser games. This page covers all of them. I keep the data it needs to a minimum. You can play without a profile and nothing is sent to my server in that case, except what any web server sees when you open a page.

Who is responsible

OFFSKRPT Games, Munich, Germany, email games@offskrpt.dev. The same details are on the imprint.

Multiplayer messages are passed along live and are not stored. Your pilot name and country are visible to everyone who opens the leaderboard.

What stays on your device

Your browser stores your profile, coins, settings, daily goals, your best scores and the secret token (local storage). The game also keeps a copy of its own files so it can open offline and be installed on your home screen. This is needed for the games to work, so no consent banner is used for it. Delete it by clearing site data or with the Delete my data button in Profile.

Payments

Coin packs are paid through Stripe Checkout. You enter your card or other payment details on the Stripe page, never in the game, and I never see or store them. Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland) and Stripe, Inc. (USA) process the payment and act as their own controller for payment, fraud prevention and legal duties. See stripe.com/privacy. Stripe tells me that a payment succeeded and for which pilot, so I can deliver the coins.

Ads

Ads are not shown at the moment. If rewarded ads are switched on, the game asks for your consent first, and only then loads the ad partner. That partner may use your device information to show and measure the ad. I will name the partner here before I switch it on. You can change your choice at any time under Ad choices in the About screen, and the game works fully without ads.

Camera and motion controls

Tilt and face controls are optional. Motion data and the camera image are processed on your device only. Nothing is recorded or uploaded. When you switch on face control for the first time, your browser downloads the face model from cdn.jsdelivr.net and storage.googleapis.com, and those servers see your IP address.

Who else is involved

The games are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) on Cloudflare Workers and D1. Cloudflare processes requests, stores the leaderboard database for me and delivers report emails. Cloudflare takes part in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and offers standard contractual clauses. The fonts are served from this site, not from Google. There are no analytics or tracking cookies at the moment. If I add ads or analytics later, this page will say so first.

How long I keep data

Until you delete it. Leaderboard data, reports that carry your pilot name, your coin records and your email are removed from the server when you delete your data. Unused transfer codes and ad tickets are short-lived. Accounting records for purchases are kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can use these right in the game: open Profile, then Download my data to get a copy (it includes your scores, reports and coin records), or Delete my data to erase your pilot, scores, reports and email from my server and your device. This only works on a device that holds your secret token. To use another device, make a transfer code in Profile. If you lost access, email me and describe your pilot name. I can then delete the entry.

You also have the rights to correct data, restrict or object to processing, and move your data. You can complain to a data protection authority, for example the one in the German state where the provider is based, or the one where you live.

Children

The game is not aimed at children under 16. Please do not enter an email address if you are under 16 without a parent's agreement.
